eKITE Speaker Directory

The eKITE is SCBWI Western Washington’s online speaker directory of regional authors, illustrators, and storytellers who are available for school visits and other speaking engagements. Librarians, teachers, and other educators or event planners may download it for free, anytime. The directory is updated regularly and contains listings both for celebrated authors and illustrators and those earlier in their careers who are eager to participate in events at affordable rates. All listed speakers have been published by recognized (traditional) publishing houses.  Click here for the directory.

Authors and illustrators: Want your listing included?
Listings in the eKITE are available exclusively for full members of SCBWI International who live and work in the Western Washington region. If you meet those criteria and would like to include your information in the eKITE directory, simply provide us with your speaking details when you sign up for regional programming. Or complete the online application and email it to scbwiwa@scbwi-washington.org. Your listing will be added in the next regular update.
